About the apprenticeship
Duties
Answer incoming calls and emails from customers.
Place outgoing calls and emails to customer.
Welcome customers to the business.
Manage social media accounts for the business (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), including content creation and posting.
Contribute to graphic design of promotional materials.
Arrange and support promotional activities in our premises and out in the community.
Support the Sales Manager in placing outbound calls, scheduling presentations, and if appropriate, to attend off-site business meetings with the Sales Manager.
Support the Fundraising Manager in placing outbound calls, scheduling presentations, and if appropriate, to attend off-site business meetings with the Fundraising Manager.
Support the director in human resources management (arranging interviews, checking references, scheduling shift patterns).
Support teaching staff in preparing centre(s) for teaching delivery.
As the role develops, financial management duties will be added, including checking weekly debtors and adjusting customer accounts.
Other duties as reasonably assigned by the managers or director.

This is an exciting time to join the company as we have this year completed our rebrand and are expanding our services and coverage across South Wales in a period of rapid growth.
This role focuses on providing general business administration office support for our education division. The appointed candidate will have the opportunity to work across many areas of the business, including sales, fundraising, human resources, finance and operations. The appointed candidate will report directly to the company director with responsibility to the Head of Sales and Head of Fundraising. The appointed candidate will be mentored through their apprenticeship by the company director.
Previous experience in a customer facing or business services role would be highly beneficial.
