What You’ll Do
* Lead and develop a team of commercial professionals to ensure contractual compliance, maximise revenue and profitability.
* Own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex commercial contracts, from negotiation and execution to renewal and termination.
* Provide expert commercial advice during pre‑sales, bid development and contract negotiations.
* Identify and manage commercial risks and ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory frameworks.
* Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their strategic goals and aligning contract delivery to support mutual success.
* Track contract performance against KPIs, manage escalations and deliver executive briefings on commercial health and profitability.
Who You Are
* Significant experience in commercial contract management within the telecoms or technology sector.
* Proven people management and development skills.
* Excellent negotiation, stakeholder engagement and dispute management skills.
* Ability to interpret complex contractual clauses and translate them into operational actions.
* Experience in structuring and managing highly complex commercial models.
