Business Development Manager - Commercial Utilities
Salary - £30,000 per annum (OTE - Uncapped Commission)

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Business Development Manager to join a leading Commercial Utilities consultancy.
You'll be leading the charge in customer acquisition and partnerships, by establishing strong relationships with businesses and promoting Revo Utilities services through effective sales techniques.
We're looking for a proactive, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to pick up the phone or knock on doors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and analyse market trends to identify potential clients and partnerships that align with the company's goals.
* Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
* Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new clients through networking and outreach efforts.
* Negotiate Contracts: Lead negotiations and finalise agreements with clients and partners to secure new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
* Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have;
* Extensive Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Customer (B2C) experience.
* Familiarity and understanding of the Commercial Utilities industry (preferred).
* Proven experience in delivering a high level of service and satisfaction.
* Proficient in managing databases/CRM systems for lead generation.
* Self-motivated with a history of achieving KPIs and targets.
* IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Hold a full and valid UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle.
