Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Occasional Saturdays may be required during busy periods)

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our Body Shop team in Hinckley. This role requires a skilled professional with MET experience, capable of carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and repair damaged vehicle panels to a high standard
Remove and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) components as part of the repair process
Use specialist tools and equipment to carry out repairs efficiently
Work to deadlines while maintaining excellent workmanship
Follow health & safety regulations and workshop procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow
Requirements:
? Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a Body Shop environment ? MET experience is essential ? Strong attention to detail and ability to meet targets ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Full UK driving licence preferred
