Position: Agent's Assistant
Location: Kentish Town, NW5

based in Kentish Town, representing such talent as Dermot O'Leary and AJ Odudu.
Hours: 9.30am to 6pm.
Hybrid working – Monday WFH (after probation period), Tuesday to Friday in the office.
Some out of hours work will be required occasionally.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Agent's Assistant to support our small team in day-
to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the
ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. As part of a small company, you'll
play an integral role in ensuring smooth operations and providing high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities
• Administrative Support: Efficient diary management– Manage calendars, schedule
meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain filing systems (digital and paper).
• Client Relations: Assist with client communications, follow up on enquiries, and ensure a
professional and timely response.
• Project Coordination: Track deadlines, prepare documents, and support the execution of
ongoing projects.
• Research & Reporting: Conduct market or client research, prepare briefing notes, and assist
in drafting presentations or reports when required
• Travel & Logistics: Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the agent and/or
clients.
• Finance & Record Keeping: Process invoices, track expenses, and help maintain accurate
financial records.
• General Office Support: Contribute to a collaborative and positive office environment,
taking on ad hoc tasks as required.

Skills & Experience
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Docs,
Sheets).
• Professional phone and email etiquette- excellent spelling and grammar
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Previous experience in an assistant, coordinator, or administrative role (preferred, not
essential).
• Knowledge of the broadcasting industry is desirable.
