Here at GXO we are looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives at our Franke site inMerlin Park, Birmingham. This is a full time, permanent role. You will be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours between 10:00 – 18:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day
- Accurately picking of customer orders
- Loading and offloading deliveries using counterbalance
- Safely operating machines / equipment as per training according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Carrying out stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Using Warehouse Management systems
- Complying with agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment and consistent quality standards
What you need to succeed at GXO
- Counterbalance licence desirable
- Proven experience of driving counterbalance/ reach truck
- Warehouse experience and understanding of inventory processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and adaptability
- Commitment to Health & Safety and maintaining operational standards
