We are a small, supportive and collaborative team seeking a skilled Finance and Operations Manager to lead our finance function and ensure strong, effective operational management across the charity. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day finance: reconciliations, monthly management accounts, budgeting and cashflow. Prepare year-end accounts in line with Charity SORP; coordinate external audit. Oversee office operations: IT, HR records, facilities, suppliers. Support governance and Board / Committee processes. Maintain our membership database and ensure GDPR compliance. Liaise with auditors, investment managers and external partners. About you: Fully or part-qualified accountant (or equivalent charity finance experience). Strong experience in charity or not-for-profit finance. Skilled in operational and administrative oversight. Excellent communicator, well organised and proactive.
