Care Team Manager
Contract: Full-time
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift times: 7am to 2.30pm and 2pm to 9.30pm | Weekdays and Alternate Weekends

What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the home with confidence, ensuring all services meet company policies and National Care Standards Commission requirements.
* Taking an active role in care and housekeeping duties, always promoting dignity, privacy, and independence.
* Overseeing domestic operations to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

What You’ll Bring
* Level 3 Diploma in Care
* Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
