Overview
We are seeking a talented and hands-on Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing, international organisation with a strong people-focused culture. You will play a key role in shaping and executing local marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, and driving lead generation across multiple channels.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying local market needs, delivering targeted marketing strategies, and executing campaigns aligned with global brand guidelines. You will work closely with sales, technical teams, and global marketing colleagues to ensure consistent, high-impact marketing activity.
This role suits a flexible, proactive marketer who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand across online and offline channels
2. Conduct market analysis to identify and define target markets in the UK and Benelux
3. Support local teams in defining go-to-market strategies
4. Plan and execute digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, industry media, and SEO
5. Define target account strategies and support pre-sales and business development activities
6. Create, publish, and manage content across local LinkedIn channels to grow engagement
7. Develop relationships with trade media, publications, and relevant industry platforms
8. Produce engaging content including blogs, case studies, editorials, and marketing communications
9. Build and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and industry partners
10. Oversee and approve marketing materials such as brochures and sales presentations
11. Plan and deliver webinars in collaboration with sales and technical teams
12. Measure, analyse, and report on campaign and activity performance against objectives
13. Manage CRM systems and supporting marketing databases
14. Support branding and project management for new office locations
15. Collaborate closely with global marketing teams and external agencies
Skills & Experience
16. Degree in Marketing (BSc or MSc)
17. 3-5 years' experience in a marketing role
18. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and website analytics
19. Numerically confident with experience analysing metrics and performance data
20. Up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices
21. Highly organised, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
22. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); Dutch is beneficial but not essential
23. Willingness to travel within the UK, Benelux, and occasionally across Europe
24. Full clean driving licence
