# Senior Operations Manager### Job IntroductionWe are looking for a Senior Operations Manager with the energy, passion and relevant experience to lead the continued success of a large multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe, effective and innovative drug, alcohol services across our Bath and North East Somerset services.Our partnership draws upon decades of experience delivering substance use services, with specialist knowledge around diverse local communities, and the community insight which only comes from hyper-localism.This role will combine leadership at a senior level with building and sustaining relationships with a range of key stakeholders, to drive continuous improvements in service delivery.At Turning Point, we are recognised leaders in helping people recover from addiction and gain control of their lives. We are now looking for an experienced operations manager to oversee our existing community-based substance use service.You will be the leader of this well-established service working collaboratively alongside commissioners, colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the service continues to deliver on performance, pathways, community integration, stakeholder relationships and innovative evidence-based practice to ensure we deliver high quality interventions to the people who use our services. You will be expected to lead excellent service delivery and governance supported by a strong management and clinical team, but also play a key leadership role externally, as the experts in substance use locally. This role is a great opportunity to combine leadership at a senior level with building relationships and also balancing the needs of our stakeholders as well as providing Care Quality Commission Registered Management.### Role ResponsibilityWe are looking for a highly skilled person with the skills and talent to lead the service, and inspire, co-produce and co-deliver the very best treatment and recovery services with teams, our stakeholders, and most importantly the people of Bath and North East Somerset.### The Ideal CandidateIt is essential that the successful candidate can evidence:* Excellent people and team management and leadership skills* Skills to manage performance, budgets and quality assurance processes and systems* Ability to maintain and develop good commissioner relationships.* Have excellent written and spoken communication skills.* Manage sub-contracts and external partnership with a variety of diverse organisations.* Demonstrate a strong track record of embedding quality assurance systems and processes and ability to act as CQC Registered Manager* Experience of managing clinical servicesAs a leading health and social care provider with more than 300 locations across England, we take real pride in the services we offer.We run all of our services on a not-for-profit basis; instead, we invest every penny back into our services and people.
