Payrate: £150–£230 per day (Depending on experience)

We are seeking a passionate SEND Teacher to join a school in Derby, delivering personalised and adaptive teaching to support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and skilled Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Teacher who can create a structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where learners feel confident to progress.
The Role:
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
* Implement personalised education plans and intervention strategies
* Work closely with SEN staff, therapists, and families
* Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback
What You’ll Bring as SEND Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Experience working with pupils with SEND or additional learning needs
* Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies
* Patient, empathetic, and adaptable teaching approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
