The Job you will do: Drive continuous improvement across quality, cost control, waste reduction, and efficiency Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safe working practices Complete customer questionnaires and prepare product specifications Support communication with suppliers, customers, and certification bodies on quality matters Coordinate audits and maintain accreditation standards Perform stock checks on quarantined materials Inspect retained samples and approve product release where required Conduct in-process quality checks across production Prepare compliance and analysis certificates Carry out laboratory testing (e.g., yield, seal strength, friction, solvent levels) Prepare and dispatch customer samples Produce internal and customer reports Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions Manage customer complaints and response processes Hold quality review meetings and analyse trends in issues Conduct hygiene inspections and glass audits Maintain housekeeping and hygiene standards Deliver training on quality and hygiene procedures and keep records Support quality management systems, including traceability, recalls, supplier issues, and internal audits About you: Good organisational and time management skills High standards of personal conduct and professional performance Effective written and verbal communication skills Good team player; ability to work as part of a team and alone on own initiative Ability to think and plan ahead Reliable and flexible to manage changing priorities Accurate with good attention to detail A positive, proactive and constructive approach to problem solving
