Location: Kent (Hybrid)

Salary: £60,000 + package

A growing and well-regarded project management consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their team in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career while gaining exposure to a wide range of projects across both the public and private sectors.

The business delivers projects across commercial, infrastructure, and major development schemes, offering strong progression opportunities and hands-on responsibility from day one.

You will support the delivery of projects across the full lifecycle, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors while taking ownership of project management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare programmes, reports, and project documentation
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
• Attend site visits and project meetings
• Support contract administration and procurement activities
• Manage stakeholder communication and project reporting
• Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, and quality objectives

Requirements

• Experience within a Project Manager role in construction consultancy or a related environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of project delivery and construction processes
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
• Proactive and organised approach to project management
• Full UK driving licence
