A caring and supportive mainstream primary school in Banbury is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026. This rewarding role involves working closely with a pupil with moderate additional needs, helping them to feel confident, included, and successful in their daily learning.

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide individualised support to a pupil with moderate SEN needs
* Assist with learning tasks, emotional regulation, and daily routines
* Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCo to follow tailored support plans
* Encourage independence, positive engagement, and confidence
* Help create a calm, safe, and encouraging learning environment
