We have an exciting opportunity in the newly formed Personalisation team for a Personalisation Delivery Manager! You'll be working closely with teams across the Tesco Group to help deliver the personalisation strategy, which will be a key driver of Tesco's ongoing growth. You'll be responsible for enabling delivery across Personalisation workstreams by using your expertise to mobilise teams and implement strategic interventions that drive value for both customers and shareholders. You'll also be responsible for owning and evolve the way we deliver Personalisation and customer growth, ensuring our squads and delivery methodologies are optimised for performance and aligned with out long- term ambitions! You will be responsible for: Working across the Tesco group, including with Tesco Mobile & IMS, to deliver Group personalisation capabilities. Leading the prioritisation process of our key ground-breaking projects, across personalisation & customer, making sure we have a clear roadmap to deliver our goals. Owning and continuously improve the delivery approach for personalisation and customer growth initiatives. Delivering the Personalisation roadmap across squads and other delivery methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals. Building and maintaining positive relationships with senior business leaders to secure ongoing support for the roadmap. Crafting and optimise squad operations, including cadence, capacity, integration, and governance. Defining and prioritising squad missions, crafting ambitions, priorities, and arguments to ensure delivery of customer and commercial outcomes. Lead resources and budgets at a portfolio level to ensure delivery within agreed investment parameters. Ensuring squads capture and analyse cross-functional requirements and collaborate optimally with Tech and business partners. Leading sprint planning and roadmap development across squads, ensuring forward planning and delivery readiness. Establishing governance structures to provide effective oversight and direction for the roadmap. Driving consistent, clear progress reporting and issue resolution. Building and embed cross-functional teams with clear, efficient ways of working. Identify interdependencies across the Group, ensuring teamwork and knowledge sharing. Using critical thinking and customer management to remove delivery obstacles. Proactively leading risks, dependencies, and opportunities to optimise delivery outcomes. Aligning with Tech and Business Planning to coordinate delivery and communicate progress. Ensuring project scope and timelines are met with timely deliveries. Encouraging a customer-centric culture within squads, passionate about behavioural insights and outcomes. Crafting an empowering environment where squad members collaborate and deliver at pace. Encouraging a test-and-learn culture to advise direction and optimise performance. Supporting the transition of squads from incubation to integration within business processes. Providing subject matter expertise and supply to the broader Change at Tesco community. Adapting quickly to shifting priorities and support teams through change. You will need: Project management experience in a large customer-focused organisation. Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior customers. Experience working in Supplier Facing/ Commercial roles. Functional environment across group entities. Experience working in both traditional and agile environments, particularly in roles where personalisation and innovation are key. Previous Project management and Customer management experience.
