The Role
As a CNI Infrastructure Support Administrator, you will monitor workflow management tools and respond to logged tasks, incidents, and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor workflow management tools and respond to logged tasks, incidents, and requests.

* Engage with and assist all technical leads and colleagues.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
* Familiarity with Linux system administration tools and processes.
* Knowledge of Windows OS and its operations.
* Hands-on experience with patching, YUM commands/configurations, and vulnerability management security tools.
* Good knowledge of security tools configuration and endpoint deployment.
* Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP, NFS, NTP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, TELNET, SAMBA, and Apache web server configurations.
* Proven customer-facing experience in an IT service role.
