HR Assistant 3-Month FTC to Perm | Central London | Up to £45,000 | Office-Based Immediately available candidates only A well-established professional services firm in Central London is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join their HR team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent. The Role: Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll provide vital support across a range of HR functions including: Managing HR systems, templates, and trackers Coordinating onboarding and offboarding Assisting with payroll and benefits administration Drafting contracts and employee communications Supporting performance reviews, appraisals, and absence tracking Managing the HR inbox and day-to-day employee queries Producing HR reports and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation About You: CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified 3–5 years’ HR experience, ideally in professional services Highly organised, with strong attention to detail Proactive, discreet, and confident in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (IRIS HR a plus) Details: Salary: Up to £45,000 Contract: 3-month FTC with potential to go permanent Location: Central London (office-based, Monday to Friday) Only candidates who are immediately available
