Job Objectives And Responsibilities
* To undertake the planned maintenance and repair of the Electrical equipment, of building(s) as required under contract.
* To undertake other maintenance and reactive tasks within skills set/qualifications.
* To carry out reactive tasks within SLA's.
* This is a static role based at North East Scotland College, Fraserburgh – no vehicle provided.
Main duties
* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
* Carry out Reactive and emergency tasks and complete the associated paperwork.
* Ability to produce permit to work/risk assessments as required.
Person Specification
* Qualified to City & Guilds Level or equivalent in relevant disciplines to role.
* 18th Edition Qualification.
* Commercial Electrical Experience – working in commercial environments.
* Experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment.
* Including, boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, Batteries, small power and lighting (where applicable).
