This is a full-time permanent position based in South Wales with hybrid and flexible working.
Your new role
As Project Manager, you will lead the successful end‑to‑end delivery of multidisciplinary water infrastructure projects, spanning heavy civils, deep pipelines, storage assets, nature-based solutions and complex M&E works.
You will take ownership of project performance from design through to handover, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, programme, quality and safety expectations. This role will see you:
Lead design, engineering, construction, commercial and handover activities
Champion SHEQ excellence and continuous improvement
Manage risk, change and value engineering opportunities
Provide clear leadership, communication and motivation across diverse teams
Maintain strong stakeholder, customer and supplier relationships
Oversee budgets, forecasts, financial reports and resource planning
Support business growth, planning and performance monitoring
Develop, mentor and support project team members
Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory and internal project controls

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will bring:
Strong experience delivering similar projects within water infrastructure or heavy civils
Proven ability to deliver projects to agreed scope, cost, quality and programme
Leadership capability across multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams
Excellent communication, planning and organisational capabilities
Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
Full UK driving licence.
