Communication and Engagement:

* Create and distribute promotional materials, including digital content, flyers, and invitations.
* Respond to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and educators, delivering excellent customer service and information.

Data Management and Reporting:

* Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data on prospective students and event attendees.
* Gather and analyze data from events and lead interactions to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.

* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive and adaptable approach to tasks.
* Previous experience in the sports industry or education, customer service, or event coordination roles.
* Experience working towards targets or KPIs, with proven success in recruitment or sales roles.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and online event platforms.

Additional benefits include 30 days of annual leave plus public holidays and 7 discretionary days over Christmas, access to GIS’s part-time degrees or short courses, flexible hybrid working options, enhanced parental leave, and a cycle-to-work scheme.
