Business Operations Project Manager

Role Overview
The team designs and executes the operational strategy for top initiatives within a high growth business unit. We are looking for a project manager with a track record of solving complex and cross-functional business challenges to join the team.
This candidate will execute projects set by the governance committee, utilizing strategies established by the Business Operations leader. Ideal candidates have experience thinking innovatively to solve challenges within the SaaS industry, executing plans to completion, and remotely leading large teams across different time zones.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, define outcomes, and align cross-functional teams on operational, marketing, and business plans.
2. Lead cross-functional groups across sales, service, marketing, product, content, finance, legal, BI/Ops to evaluate ideas, advance workstreams, meet deadlines, and ensure alignment.
3. Create and deliver executive presentations on key business initiatives.
4. Ensure all business operation plans are delivered on time and aligned with strategy through effective communication and execution.
5. Manage quality control of messaging and project scope to ensure cohesive and timely market entry.
6. Leverage business strategy to create and execute project plans, adapting as needed to meet changing requirements.
7. Build strong relationships and credibility across the organization to lead through influence.
Minimum Requirements
1. 3+ years of experience in project management, product management, or commercialization management, or related fields.
2. Strong project management skills with the ability to facilitate discussion and foster team cohesion.
3. Strategic thinker comfortable with discovery, learning from failure, and challenging ideas.
4. Ability to independently evaluate complex problems and implement solutions.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, tactfully handling challenging conversations.
6. Task-oriented with proactive prioritization and problem-solving skills.
7. Results-focused with clear goal orientation.
8. Effective at gaining alignment and driving action through communication and influence.
9. Exceptional organization, time management, and presentation skills.
