This is a rare, blended opportunity for a skilled care professional to take on a flexible leadership role in a therapeutic 4-bed EBD home — with a clear path to Registered Manager as new homes are opened.
About the Role:
• Support the Registered Manager with one dedicated office day per week
• Lead care practice through two sleep-in shifts weekly (£67 per sleep)
• Play a key role in maintaining therapeutic consistency and quality
• Be a trusted presence for staff and young people alike
• Contribute to development planning as the organisation grows

About You:
• Experienced Senior or Deputy looking for greater responsibility

• NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
