The Roles
Role Solicitor with a strong background in Commercial Development, including experience with:
* Promotion Agreements
* Option Agreements
* Section 106 Agreements
Requirement: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a mixed caseload of commercial property and development matters
* Handling acquisitions, refinances, and drafting/negotiating leases and development agreements
* Providing high-quality legal advice on planning, construction and financing matters within commercial development
* Drafting and negotiating legal documents including:
o Leases
o Sale & Purchase Agreements
o Overage Agreements
o Promotion Agreements
o Pre-emption Agreements
o Development Contracts
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients, agents, developers and third-party advisors
* Keeping up to date with legal and market developments
* Managing your own caseload and supporting senior team members on complex matters
Essential Skills & Experience
* Qualified Solicitor (minimum 1 year PQE)
* Positive, proactive attitude
* Passion for self-development and growth
* Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
* Excellent organisation and time management
* Commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical, solution-focused advice
