We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Learning Supervisor to join our team. You will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre-prepared learning activities, and support students to stay engaged, focused and making progress.
What you’ll do:
* Supervise whole classes and deliver set learning activities
* Maintain accurate registers and provide clear feedback to teachers
* Support positive behaviour, wellbeing and student engagement
* Work with students 1:1 or in small groups where needed
* Assist with implementing support and behaviour plans
We’re looking for someone who:
* Communicates well with students and staff
* Is organised, confident and able to use their own initiative
* Enjoys supporting young people to succeed
* Has experience working with children or young people
* Is reliable, positive and calm under pressure
This is a rewarding role where you will help ensure continuity of learning and play a valuable part in students’ success.

* Term time only + 2 days
* 192 working days per year
