Location: Kirkham, Preston
Salary: £30,115.80, rising to £31,168.80 after probation
Shifts: 1 on 2 off plus sleeps - £65 per sleep

Our client is a growing social care provider dedicated to delivering high-quality care across children's residential homes in Preston. With two homes currently open and plans to expand further, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to creating safe, nurturing environments.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading and supervising care teams to deliver outstanding support to children and young people.
* Ensuring care plans are followed and tailored to individual needs.
* Promoting a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment.
* Managing daily operations, including shift planning and team coordination.
* Supporting the well being and development of young people in your care.
* Maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
* Participating in staff training and development initiatives.
What you'll bring:

* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Flexibility to work on a 1 on 2 off shift pattern, including sleeps (£65 per sleep).
