WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking someone who is sales-focused, customer-driven, and professional.
✅ Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role (automotive experience advantageous)
✅ Proven track record of exceptional customer service
✅ Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
✅ Strong computer and CRM skills
✅ Confident filming video content and supporting social media activity
✅ Positive attitude and a strong team player
✅ Polite, personable and professional manner
✅ Full UK driving licence
Minimum 3 years' sales experience required

You'll manage the full sales journey, from first enquiry through to vehicle handover, delivering a professional, transparent, and engaging buying experience.
Welcome and engage customers in the showroom, on-site, online and over the phone
Build strong, long-term customer relationships
Confidently present finance options (HP, PCP and other products) in line with FCA guidelines
Carry out professional vehicle demonstrations and walkarounds
Use CRM systems to manage enquiries, follow-ups and customer records
Manage the full sales process accurately and efficiently
Create personalised walkaround videos and online presentations
Stay up to date with stock, finance products and promotions
