Payroll Administrator - What you’ll be doing
* Supporting the end-to-end payroll process across multiple pay cycles
* Processing starters, leavers, tax codes, and statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.)
* Responding to employee and manager payroll queries
* Ensuring compliance with internal processes and HMRC requirements
* Assisting with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits
* Working closely with the HR and finance teams to ensure accurate data flow
Payroll Administrator - What we’re looking for
* Experience in a payroll administration role
* Proven end-to-end payroll experience
* Immediate availability to start
* Working knowledge of UK payroll regulations and statutory requirements
* Familiar with payroll systems (e.g. Sage, ADP, or similar)
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
* Clear communicator with a proactive approach

* Salary equivalent of £25,000–£27,000 depending on experience
