Are you a driven Quantity Surveyor looking to work on some of Londons most prestigious residential and commercial construction and refurbishment projects?
Based in Harrow, London, our client is a respected principal contractor with a single, unwavering aim: to build to perfection. For over 30 years, they have built an outstanding reputation delivering exceptional quality across high-end residential and commercial schemes throughout London. Craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail are at the core of everything they do.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.
The Role You will take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors, you will ensure projects are delivered profitably while upholding the companys high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation
Managing subcontractor procurement and negotiations
Monitoring project costs, variations, and cash flow
Producing valuations and managing final accounts
Financial reporting across multiple projects
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within high-end residential and/or commercial construction
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial processes
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Highly organised, detail-focused, and commercially astute
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
