Food Technology Teacher - Birmingham - September Start
A secondary school in Birmingham is currently looking to appoint a passionate and motivated Food Technology Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a supply basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher who is enthusiastic about delivering engaging practical lessons and inspiring students within Design & Technology.The Role:
* Teaching Food Technology across KS3 and KS4
* Planning and delivering engaging and practical lessons
* Monitoring student progress and supporting achievement
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Working collaboratively with the wider DT department
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
* Have experience teaching Food Technology in a secondary school setting
* Be passionate, organised, and proactive
* Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)
