Job Summary and purpose:
* To spearhead the customer success efforts for BuildPrompt, driving successful customer acquisition, onboarding, satisfaction, and product adoption.
* Working with new customers to onboard them as well as working with our existing clients both remotely, and in client offices, ensuring stakeholders requirements are understood, mapped, and the benefits case articulated.
* Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by actively engaging with them, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback to continuously improve their experience - act as the central point of contact for issues, escalations and delivering the final product into business as usual.
* Looking for future opportunities to grow existing Client accounts with new deployment and innovations.
