Cobalt is looking for a part‑time Facilities Coordinator to support the running of a vibrant mixed‑use estate of commercial, logistic, and industrial space, as well as green parkland. This role will see you working 25‑30 hours per week (at your discretion) in a flexible arrangement, where you'll form part of the close‑knit property team providing a first class total FM service to your tenants.
* Assisting with site inspections;
* Responding to maintenance requests in person, via phone and/or email;
* Helping to foster strong working relationships with tenants on‑site;
* Helping to provide a proactive and reactive maintenance service;
* Maintaining all H&S records/documentation using the Meridian H&S system;
* Raising purchase orders for necessary works;
* Liaising with customers and contractors for operational queries.
You'll thrive in a role with variety, where no two roles are the same, as well as a job that doesn't chain you to the desk but lets you get out and about in a hands‑on role. A background in property management would be beneficial but is not essential, although previous experience in administration, coordination, or facilities is necessary.
