The Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to oversee the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee HR technology solutions, ensuring system integrations, data integrity, and compliance.
* Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training.
* Ensure seamless system operations and continuous improvements.
* Require strong technical knowledge of platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.
* Proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar, with a good understanding of HR processes and IT systems.
* Experience with HRIS platforms such as ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management are advantageous.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
