HR Coordinator
Leading UK law firm is seeking an ambitious HR Coordinator to join their fabulous HR team and help manage all aspects of HR workflow in their London office.

Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the fee earning departments across all aspects of the employee lifecycle processes, payroll & benefits, and recruitment.
HR Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the onboarding and off boarding process, including contract generation, induction scheduling, right to work checks and setting up exit interviews
* Track probation periods and proactively remind managers of review deadlines
* Prepare paperwork and various references for signatures by Senior HR Business Partner
* Shared responsibility for fee earner entries and changes within the payroll process including uploading new joiner details to ADP
* Assist with other monthly payroll changes as required by the team
* Support with day-day administration of employee benefits to include pension, healthcare, life assurance, employee assistance programme, season ticket loans and cycle-to-work
* Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating communication between candidates, and hiring managers
* Prepare offer letter and employment contracts in line with internal policies
* Deal with all aspects of the employment screening process and ensure pre-employment checks and right-to-work documentation are completed in a timely manner
* Assist with Graduate Recruitment as required
HR Coordinator Skills & Requirements:
* Previous experience in a HR administrative or coordinator role within a law firm
* A solid understanding of HR processes, including the employee lifecycle and working with a variety of stakeholders
* Advanced knowledge of Document Management system(s), DocuSign, HR information systems (HRIS)
* Knowledge of Cascade is desirable
