Film Logistics is looking for Car & Van Rental Manager
You have probably never heard of Film Logistics. You will rightly assume we are in the Film industry and you are right we work on many of the major films in the UK, such as, James Bond, Mission Impossible, Barbie, Game of Thrones, Little Mermaid, TV shows, Crown and Downton Abbey to name but a few.
Would you like to be part of the Film Logistics team? We are looking for Rental Manager to coordinate the delivery and collection of our vehicles for our customers. This is a service that is central to our customer experience so it is vital it's done efficiently and professionally.
You will be working with our delivery and collection teams who are on the front line of the customer relationship. You will also be working with our suppliers. Plus you could be required to deliver and collect vehicles for customers so you could be the first person a customer meets from Film Logistics. Creating a great impression is vital, having a confident manner is also important because you may need to prepare the vehicle for the customer.

What we are looking for
* A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 3 years driving experience is required
* Rental or Fleet experience preferable but not essential
* Reliable, flexible, positive and professional
* Good team player
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to adapt to the needs of the business
* A keen and enthusiastic nature
* Out of hours calls
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
* Organise the delivery and collection of vehicles to maximise service standards and minimise costs
* Make sure our current fleet is clean, fuelled and ready to go
* Source vehicles to meet customer bookings, working with the our suppliers
* Ensure the accurate completion of all vehicle documentation on the in house rental system
* Organise repairs and warranty work to vehicles where necessary
* Identify and report new business opportunities

Application question(s):
* The film Industry is 24 hours a day 7 days a week, as some films will be shooting the weekend others night shoots, so some early morning, late night and weekend problems (i.e. one of the vans organised has not turned up) will need to be solved, if you are a 9-5 person this job is not for you.
