Based at Uxbridge Campus
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Student Support Manager and acting as deputy safeguarding lead to ensure that young and vulnerable learners in the College are protected from harm
* Providing training, safeguarding support and advice to staff and students
* Assisting the Student Support Manager in the main areas of student support, including well-being and mental health support, financial support, disciplinaries, student voice activities and events and staff training
* Leading on HE support across HRUC
* Acting as Deputy Safeguarding Lead
Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate who has a strong commitment to supporting students and the ability to communicate with and relate to a diverse range of people. You should have experience working with students in an educational support setting, good knowledge and experience of handling Safeguarding cases and student disciplinary issues.
