On the lookout for an established Marketing Executive within the property industry, this is a fantastic chance to take ownership as a marketing executive of new homes developments from launch to completion.
You will be extremely organised, strong in digital and traditional marketing and and have excellent copywriting skills.
On offer is up to £38, basic plus £4, car allowance and hybrid working.
With head office based near Harpenden, Hertfordshire you will be part of a close knit Marketing team. The company offers hybrid working, allowing you to spilt your time between head office, site visits and home working.
To be suitable for this role, you will already be an experienced property Marketing professional who has a background and demonstrable history in this role for a housebuilder, housing association or leading new homes estate agent.
responsibilities include:
1. Execute targeted marketing campaigns for live and upcoming sites
2. Monitor advertising budgets, as well as media and production costs and report as required
3. Liaise with appointed creative and PR agencies
4. Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
5. Using Google Analytics, SEO and PPC to track performance
6. Manage social media channels
7. Attend and assist with development set-up meetings, launches, and new releases
8. Manage point of sale literature and collateral as required
9. Ensure that web content is up to date and relevant according to market trends
10. Delivering signage, flags and hoarding
11. Keeping property portals up to date
12. Collate and manage regular figures and KPIs
13. Coordinate and manage events

key requirements:
17. New homes marketing experience for a developer or new homes agency
18. Currently a Marketing Executive looking for a change, or, a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Assistant looking to step up
19. Knowledge of the new homes property market
20. Creative and able to think outside the box
21. Team player
22. Positive and pro-active
23. Ability to work autonomously and independently from the rest of the team
24. Valid UK driving licence
