Our client is seeking a Senior Cost Specialist to support complex infrastructure/energy projects in Glasgow. The role sits within a project controls environment, leading cost management, forecasting, and financial governance across the full project lifecycle. You will play a critical role in budget ownership, EVM reporting, and cost risk management on high-value programmes.

What you will need
* Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC) and a British National (essential)
* Proven experience in cost engineering / cost control on complex projects (essential)
* Experience managing budgets, forecasts, accruals, and EACs independently (essential)
* Qualification in Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar (HNC minimum or equivalent experience)
