Educational Administrative Quality Assistant Working within for a vibrant college supporting people with a wide range of disabilities and associated learning difficulties, this role is designed to help focus quality assurance in education to support the Assistant Principal Quality and Curriculum and the Quality Improvement Manager to provide outstanding educational provisions. Responsibilities: Coordinating QA activities as directed by the EQDA TL and QIM to include all aspects of the quality cycle. Provide Examination Officer and Invigilation to the provision at a standard to ensure compliance for external awarding bodies. Help train staff and develop staff with invigilation skills and oversee exam compliance and timetables. Produce reports and high quality documentation for internal an external bodies and assist with identification of internal training needs. To act as the internal verifier for the Learning and Teaching department and help lead on JCQ compliance. Key Skills Applicants should be educated to a minimum Level 2 in Maths and English and TAQA to level 4. Other Essential Skills include having extensive experience of qualifications and exam approval processes and systems across a range of Awarding Bodies from pre-entry to Level 3.
