Forest School Leader
Harlequin provides pre‑school, forest pre‑school, breakfast, after‑school, forest school and holiday clubs for children aged 2‑11 at four locations in Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells. This role offers an opportunity to join one of Kent's leading and best‑respected childcare providers. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a Level III Forest School Leader qualification (or already working toward it) and experience to help us develop a new setting and extend our existing operations. The role will also help us expand our provision of Forest School Education as a service for local schools using our own two woodland spaces.
Responsibilities
* Develop new and extend existing Forest School settings.
* Provide Forest School education services to local schools.
* Advocate for the business, dealing directly with customers by phone, email, and face‑to‑face.
* Report directly to the setting manager or managing director.
Qualifications
* Level 3 Forest School qualification (or working towards it).
* Experience working with children aged 2‑11.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Hours and Development
* Average 25–30 hours per week across the year; up to 35 hours per week available.
* Training and DBS paid for by the employer.
