Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO

We are partnered with a long-standing client who is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level support to their CEO within a fast-growing and forward-thinking organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious PA, Executive Assistant (EA) or C-suite Assistant looking to step into a varied, visible and highly influential role.
The business is entering a major phase of growth, with investment in strategic projects, operational development and long-term planning. As the PA to the CEO, you will play a key role in enabling the CEO to operate efficiently across business and personal commitments, while contributing to initiatives that support the organisation’s future direction.
Hours: Flexible with hybrid working. Office days: Monday & Thursday
Location: Sutton
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum

Job description
* Managing the CEO’s diary and acting as gatekeeper, prioritising diary requests and coordinating high-level meetings.
* Providing full Executive Assistant / PA support, including correspondence, administration and document preparation.
* Coordinating complex international and domestic travel, accommodation and occasional family travel.
* Managing administrative processes, tracking deadlines, reminders and priorities.
* Creating project timelines, progress updates and reports.
* Liaising with internal teams, senior stakeholders, clients and suppliers on behalf of the CEO.
* Providing personal PA support (household services, vehicle MOTs/servicing, private appointments, home-related admin).
* Managing monthly expenses and financial administration for the CEO.
* Attending meetings, taking minutes, logging actions and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
* Drafting and reviewing emails, communications and documentation for the CEO.
* Supporting with business events, dinners, social engagements and public appearances.
Key skills
* Experience working as a PA, Executive Assistant (EA) or senior-level Administrator; previous exposure to supporting a Director, COO or CEO is advantageous.
* Background in property or real estate is desirable but not essential.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Confident handling data, expenses and financial admin.
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Adaptable, proactive and solution focused.
* Ability to work independently and exercise discretion and confidentiality.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
