If a process is clunky, you improve it.
If money is being wasted, you stop it. But this isn't about cutting for the sake of cutting. It's about knowing the difference between: ? Commercially aware
Strong on warehouse and logistics control
Calm but firm with standards
Confident managing drivers and third-party couriers
Solid on Health & Safety (IOSH / NEBOSH level understanding)
