Our client is looking for a talented Records Management Officer to join their Asset Engineering Assurance (AEA) Service team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growing capital plan and Net Zero ambitions while ensuring smooth workflows and effective communication across various stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
As a Records Management Officer, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and improving the key systems associated with asset interventions. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver workflows via dot.boxes, ensuring seamless Contractor Design Approval Engineer (CDAE) and Lead Contractor Design Approval Engineer (LCDAE) requests.
Communication: Provide timely responses to queries from both internal and external stakeholders across multiple email accounts, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
Resource Allocation: Facilitate Design Assurance resource allocation to support project needs, collaborating with engineering teams and external consultancies.
Reporting: Oversee Relay Setting workflows and generate insightful KPI reports bi-monthly to track progress and drive improvements.
Continuous Improvement: Support the identification and delivery of continuous improvement opportunities within the AEA processes.

Proficient in IT and possess enhanced digital skills to navigate various systems effectively.
Strong management reporting and record-keeping abilities.
A solid understanding of quality systems management.
Good project and programme management skills to support business improvement changes.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
A proactive and curious mindset, capable of working autonomously or as part of a broader team to deliver results and solve problems.
Knowledge of relevant processes and procedures in asset management that align with business activities.
