About The Role
As an Executive Operations Administrator you will provide reliable, flexible administrative support to the Vice‑Chancellor and other senior leaders. The role involves coordinating diaries, arranging meeting logistics, handling financial administration, maintaining records, supporting governance processes and providing front‑of‑house cover.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate diaries and arrange meeting logistics for senior executives.
* Draft correspondence on behalf of designated members of the Senior Management Team.
* Process financial transactions using University systems and maintain accurate financial records.
* Maintain team records, filing and support governance processes.
* Provide front‑of‑house and reception cover when required.
* Identify process improvements and contribute ideas to team projects.
Qualifications
* Considerable experience in an administrative or coordinating role, ideally in a busy professional office.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise effectively and meet competing deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information.
* High level of computing skills, particularly Microsoft Office 365, and confidence to learn new systems and digital platforms.
