What you'll be doing: Lead the defence sector sales strategy, identifying and developing new business opportunities, leading and expanding sales in the global defence market Build and maintain relationships with MOD/DoD and key defence supply chain partners. Motivate, coach, and develop a growing sales team, taking a consultative approach to technical, high-value solutions for global customers Manage opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and performance reporting, working cross-functionally with engineering and product development teams.
