Join our Safeguarding and Counselling team and make a real difference. We are seeking a dedicated Safeguarding Case Worker to support students and apprentices across our campuses. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our learners within the context of Child Protection, Safeguarding and Prevent. You will act as a key point of contact, providing advice, guidance and managing referrals to external agencies, while working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Essential Criteria Degree-level qualification or equivalent, or significant recent experience relevant to the role. Experience working with or alongside statutory agencies, making informed safeguarding decisions. Proven experience in an educational setting or similar, providing safeguarding support. Ability to maintain accurate records in line with legislation and policy. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically. Key Responsibilities Provide safeguarding, child protection and Prevent support to students and apprentices. Act as a central point of contact for internal and external agencies. Manage referrals to external services and attend multi-agency meetings as required. Maintain accurate records in line with legislation and organisational policies. Deliver and support CPD activities related to safeguarding and Prevent. Why Join Us?
