Are you a skilled multi-trade professional looking to take the next step in your facilities career? We are seeking two enthusiastic and experiencedFacilities Leadsto join our supportive Facilities team.
This is a hands-on role where youll use your expertise in areas such asplumbing, carpentry, or painting and decoratingto support the day-to-day operations of two busy educational campuses. You'll play a key part in ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for all students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out a range of maintenance and repair tasks across campus facilities
* Ensure the premises remain compliant, secure, and operational at all times
* Use digital systems and tools (including Microsoft Office) to manage workflows
* Support the wider estates and health & safety functions as required
* Work outdoors and across multiple sites when necessary
About You:
* Proven experience in a multi-skilled trade or facilities-based role
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
* Comfortable using online systems and tools such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Minimum GCSE (or equivalent Level 2) in Maths & English (or willingness to obtain)
* NEBOSH qualification (desirable or working towards)
