What Youll Be Doing
Owning the day-to-day operation of a flagship QSR site
Leading, motivating and developing a high-energy management and front-line team
Driving sales, profitability and operational excellence
Delivering outstanding guest experience and brand standards
Managing P&L, labour, stock and key KPIs
Recruiting, training and retaining top talent
Ensuring full compliance with food safety, health & safety standards
What Were Looking For
Proven experience as a General Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) within QSR, fast casual or high-volume hospitality
A natural leader with infectious energy and a people-first mindset
Commercially savvy with strong financial and operational understanding
Passion for fast-paced environments and fresh, exciting food brands
A hands-on, can-do attitude with high standards and attention to detail
