We’re recruiting a dedicated Learning Support Assistant for a specialist SEND school in Frodsham. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a nurturing team supporting pupils with autism, complex needs, and profound learning difficulties.

What we’re looking for:

1. Proven experience working with individuals with SEND (children or adults)

2. Confident supporting sensory regulation, communication, and positive behaviour strategies

3. A full UK driving licence – essential due to location and potential outreach work

4. Empathy, resilience, and a genuine passion for inclusive education
