We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Function Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
* Serve beverages and light refreshments to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
* Take orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions with precision using basic maths skills
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
* Ensure all drinks are prepared and served in line with company policies and health regulations
* Assist in setting up and clearing tables or designated areas before, during, and after events
* Manage time effectively to serve multiple guests promptly during busy periods
* Support team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience at all times
* Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including food safety protocols
Experience
* Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant roles is preferred ; training will be provided for suitable candidates
* Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable
* Strong serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during high-pressure situations
* Basic maths proficiency for handling transactions accurately
* Excellent communication skills and a personable approach to customer service
