We're working with a top-tier global investment firm seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support their growing, high-performing team. With a strong international presence and a focus on emerging markets, the firm offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment and exposure to a wide range of people operations functions.
This is a broad, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on variety, values precision, and enjoys partnering closely with stakeholders across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-investment teams, working closely with hiring managers
* Handle benefits queries and support enrolment processes
* Oversee visa and immigration coordination with external providers
* Support performance review cycles and employee lifecycle processes
* Use applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse) to streamline hiring activities
* Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives and special projects
What you'll bring:
* 5+ years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within financial or professional services
* Impeccable attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism
* A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong work ethic
